Our coffee

100% Arabica from Colombia – directly sourced from our family farm. Don Joaco Coffee represents organically grown specialty coffee, cultivated with passion, carefully roasted, and freshly brought to Vienna. The beans are grown in the mountains of Cundinamarca at altitudes between 1,700 and 1,800 meters above sea level, creating a balanced and aromatic cup profile.

The coffee reveals delicate notes of cocoa, sugar cane, and mandarin peel, complemented by a smooth sweetness, pleasant balance, and a rounded body. Thanks to the careful washed process, the result is a clean and gentle coffee with mild acidity and a long-lasting finish.

Don Joaco Coffee is sustainably grown and directly traded — from cultivation to roasting, supported by family tradition and partnerships between Colombia and Austria. Suitable for espresso, filter coffee, fully automatic machines, moka pot, and French press.
